Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy describes how Artisan Promotions (“Artisan Promotions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use our website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide to us
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Vendor profile information — business name, business type, contact name, phone number, mailing address, tax ID, product descriptions, website and social media links, images of your work, and insurance details.
- Application information — the events you apply to, booth selections, add-ons, and any special requests or notes.
- Communications — messages you send us through contact forms, email, or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, and general activity within the Services.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used.
Information from third parties
- Payment processors — when you pay online, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details and shares limited transaction information with us (such as confirmation, amount, and status). We do not store full card numbers.
- Imported records — if an event organizer or administrator imports your business as a vendor, we receive the contact and business details contained in that import.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and vendor profile;
- Process event applications, booth assignments, and payments;
- Send transactional emails — including account confirmations, password resets, application status updates, waitlist notices, and payment receipts;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- Send updates about events and vendor opportunities where permitted (you can opt out at any time); and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, database, email delivery (SendGrid), and payment processing (Stripe), under obligations to protect your information.
- Event organizers and administrators — your vendor and application details are shared with the Artisan Promotions team and relevant organizers to review and manage your participation.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Artisan Promotions, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; however, some features of the Services may not function properly without them.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and update — you can review and update your account and vendor profile information at any time by signing in.
- Marketing emails — you can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those messages. We will still send essential transactional emails about your account and applications.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites (such as vendor websites or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.
